Surfaced mounted sliver grey controllers available with a
matching card swipe reader, matching PIN keypad, white prox
card reader or small black mullion reader (see below). The
controller can be mounted next to a reader in low security
installations for LCD on-screen displays of activity and
card acceptance, or remotely in a concealed location for
higher security applications. When used with the ACT 1010
swipe reader, the controller can be set to 'learn mode'
allowing the user to program in up to 100 of their own cards
such as membership cards etc. The ACT range combines design
with extreme functionality in a compact, robust housing.

Available in two versions, the DorTag I and DorTag III low
profile readers and controllers offer a cost effective
option for entry level proximity card access control, where
additional higher security features are not required. The
surface mounting controller and reader head are just 25mm
thick and use master-tag programming instead of keypad
information entry. The DorTag range is designed for
stand-alone application only and cannot be networked or
controlled by PC. Available in single door kit form
including reader head, controller, PSU, electric strike and
5 user cards. Additional cards and tags are available to

ACT10 has a rang of built-in features including the ability
to connect an external electronic time clock to restrict
some of the access codes at certain times, duress codes and
guest buzzer. This keypad is suitable for single door
application only and cannot be networked . An external
weather shield is available to order.

The
surface mounted EASYCODE keypad is a stand-alone
self-contained keypad and controller in two variants: EZ10
with 10 codes or EZ50 with 50 codes. The keypad is
constructed in brushed stainless steel with metal buttons to
provide a degree of resistance to vandalism. To avoid the
access code being observed by an onlooker, the user can
enter their valid access code as part of a string of false
numbers, up to 20 digits in total, thus making it difficult
for the onlooker to recognise the true access code.

BSTL stand-alone keypads are available in standard or narrow
stile versions, surface or flush fitting, in either brushed
stainless steel or brass finish. Each keypad is supplied
with a separate 1 or 2 door controller for a tamper free
security installation. With a separate controller
installation, illegally removing the keypad from the wall or
door frame will not permit direct access to the lock control
circuit.
