The Farfisa range offers something to suit every application from audio and video entry and intercoms in analogue, digital and semi digital systems, standard and two wire systems for easy installation and a comprehensive selection of stylish keypads and vandal resistant and weather proof housings in aluminium and stainless steel finishes.

Kit versions are also available and come complete with power supply unit, handsets and full installation instructions. New developments include ICE call door entry, which is ideal for Housing Association and local authority apartments.

ICE (Isolated Circuit Entry) is designed so that each apartment line is isolated from the rest of the system, making ICE Call easy to install and maintain.

Installation requires just three common wires and one ID line, and the system can be maintained from a secure control panel. If one of the handsets is attacked or broken, as the system is on an isolated circuit it will only affect that line, not the rest of the system.

An innovative design joint to a substantial solidity designed by Franco Teodoro, makes MATRIX door station line a modern range, according to an advanced installation philosophy. The ACI FARFISA project of the anti vandal door station comes from the exigency to enhance the range of the products by a new line which technical characteristics are those usually required by this specific sector. A must is to guarantee the mechanical reliability even reducing at most the points that can be potentially exploited for vandalism acts, IP45 and IK09 degrees are guaranteed. This means also to achieve in the design and in the mechanical structure the right compromise of robustness and esthetical attractiveness. The idea is to obtain an apparatus capable to satisfy the interest of a market requiring quality and modernity of the lines, furthermore users demand for solidity and rigorous features are properly matched guaranteeing the satisfaction of rigid parameters. As in any of the other door station series cameras which the orientation can be manually adjusted has been implemented, ideed the camera lenses can be tilted or panned on the axes according to the desired focused area. The front plate and push buttons are made of stainless steel. To keep the modules mounted together an aluminium die cast frame has been planned. It provides the required consistency and, at the same time, assures a pleasant design. Quite important it is also the fact that now the vertical and horizontal mounting of the modules is allowed. The push buttons are inserted into the front plate leaving a very thin room between the button edge and rounded slot border, this is to prevent the introduction of any subtle tool or item. Individual buttons are clearly identifiable because they are indicated by a small green spot thanks to the back light. This solution is very elegant and also very useful for the visitors whenever the surrounded area is poorly illuminated.

Compact line enlargement  
In 2004 the updating planning of the range goes ahead with new and concrete developments. A modern design joint to a substantial solidity designed by Franco Teodoro, makes Video Intercom Compact series a modern line according to an advanced installation philosophy which permits to carry out efficient installations.For this new series ACI FARFISA is adopting a solution with electronic chime guaranteeing a particular quality to all the system. So a line of monitors quite compact integrating in only one element all the typical function and with an easy mounting thanks to a wall bracket, the same for the three versions with conventional video system: with Flat tube KM8100W, flush mounted KM8600W and Reflex KM8800W these last two with standard CRT, all of them equipped with three buttons. Now the range is composed by new important apparatus. Further to the flat monitor with conventional cabling system is widened by the monitor, with Flat screen also, KM8111W, compatible to the 4+1 video system. At the same time two new intercoms are completing the offer. The KM810W for the audio system 4+1 and the KM811W for the audio system 1+1 both of them with electronic call.

It allows visualisation of the individual channel indipendently on the recording method settled. Thanks to its versatility and to all functions it is quite indicated in various installations even where evoluted performances are demanded and it is required to arrange various cameras to get the right vision of the controlled area. DVR42SMX, is elegant and with reduced dimensions, of easy handling thanks to the function keys and the remote control provided, it exploits modern picture compression algorithm and data recording on a 80 GB Hard Disk. Obviously it presents all the typical functionalities of a analog video recorder with in addition integrated features making of it a modern and complete system. It implements functions of advanced display management and it allows recording on alarm, motion detection, daily planning or in continuos mode. A further new it is represented by the possibility to be connected on LAN network. By means of TCP/IP protocol WEB connection is guaranteed according to the simplex mode.

 

FP52 Proximity readers
For its marketing approach ACI FARFISA since ever is caring closely any evolution and request coming from the market. Modern buildings security is requiring more and more products devoted to the access control management as proximity readers actually to be often integrated into the Video Door Entry Systems. All this has been clearly realised by ACI FARFISA that now is proposing its own stand alone proximity reader new entry into the FARFCODE range. It exploits for mounting any mechanical element belonging to MODY door stations allowing the installation in full integration to the Video Intercom Systems. It is the ideal solution for specific access control applications as residential or industrial estates, commercial sites or anywhere a substantial privacy must be guaranteed.
It is equipped by two mono stable relays which timing can be settled according to the connected device features. Programming is arranged by a Master Card driven by a display and LED’s placed in the front face.
Thanks to the memory capacity up to 500 cards it is indicated in the access control management in great condominiums or communities. The set composed of 10 additional cards is named FP11/10.
